Privacy Policy

This policy describes how YoFa S3Cache Google Drive Sync uses Google Drive data.

Data accessed

The utility accesses the file and folder metadata, file contents, and OAuth authorization needed to list, create, upload, update, and verify backup files in the operator's Google Drive.

How data is used

Access is used only to maintain configured backups, confirm that the latest backup is available, and support operator-requested restoration. The utility does not use Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, or training.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored on the operator's private Raspberry Pi backup host and are not collected by this public website. Backup files remain in the operator's Google Drive account.

Sharing and sale

Google Drive data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is transmitted only between the operator-managed host and Google APIs as required for backup operations.

Retention and control

The utility keeps one current visible archive per configured Git repository. Google Drive may retain purgeable file revisions according to Google's policies and the operator's account settings. The operator can delete backup files or revoke OAuth access at any time from the Google Account security settings.

Contact

For questions about this policy, contact the project operator using the support address displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
