These terms apply to the private use of YoFa S3Cache Google Drive Sync.
Purpose
The utility is provided for operator-managed backup, verification, and restoration of configured project data. It is not offered as a public storage or synchronization service.
Authorization
The utility may access Google Drive only after the operator grants OAuth consent. The operator is responsible for the Google account, backup source data, access permissions, and configuration used with the utility.
Acceptable use
The utility must be used only for data the operator is authorized to store and process. It must not be used to violate applicable law, third-party rights, or Google API policies.
Availability
The utility is provided for private operational use without a public uptime commitment. Backup success should be confirmed through its reports and restore checks.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the utility's scope or data practices change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
